Registration Questions

Registration Services are being provided by the University Inn & Conference Center at Utah State University.

Method of Payment
Full payment in U.S. currency is required with registration. The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club (Must be entered online or called in. For your security - do not fax, email, or mail your credit card number.)
  • Checks must be made payable to Utah State University. (Must be sent by mail with registration form.)

Confirmation & Receipt
Registrants will receive an immediate confirmation and receipt via email, if an email address is provided.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing prior to February 16, 2018 to qualify for a refund, and no refunds will be given after that date. A $75 processing fee will be withheld from all refunds. Substitutions with no change of payment will be accepted at no charge. Utah State University reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only.

Accommodations for Persons with Disabilities
Reasonable accommodations are available for persons with disabilities. Fourteen working days' notice is needed to prepare materials and services. When you register, you will be asked to identify your needs, and you will be contacted for additional information.

Dietary Requirements
Medical and religious dietary requirements will be accommodated if requested at least fourteen days in advance. When you register, you will be asked to identify your specific dietary requirements.
