Registration Questions

NOTICE: If you experience any difficulty registering on your company computer or would like to register by phone, you can call Registration Services at 800-538-2663 or 435-797-0421. In past registrations, we have experienced some difficulty with some companies not allowing registration through their corporate network, so it is advised that you try registering on your personal computer.

Method of Payment
Full payment in U.S. currency is required with registration. The following forms of payment are accepted:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club

Must be entered online or called in. For your security - do not fax, email, or mail your credit card number.

Confirmation & Receipt
Registrants will receive an immediate confirmation and receipt via email, if an email address is provided.

Accommodations
Reasonable accommodations are available for persons with disabilities and attendees with dietary restrictions. When you register, you will be asked to identify your needed accommodations.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation request received by 11:59 pm on December 3, 2022, will be processed without any cancellation fee. Any cancellation requests received on or after December 4th will be processed less a cancellation fee of $35. Substitutions with no change of payment will be accepted at no charge. Utah State University reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient enrollment and limits its liability to registration refunds only.

Companion Tickets
If interested, you may purchase a companion ticket package for anyone accompanying you which will allow them access to the fireside chat on Sunday evening and the reception on Monday evening. Please contact the registration services via one of the methods in the next section. Cost per companion package is $40.
