Biography

Barney Carlson is a principal research engineer at Idaho National Lab’s (INL’s) Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Laboratory (EVIL). His research focuses include cybersecurity and cyber-physical security of advanced high power EV charging infrastructure evaluation, as well as integration of electrified transportation with the grid. Barney has over twenty-five years of experience with electrified vehicle technologies and is a graduate of the Univ. of California, Davis.
