Biography

Raj Puttaiah is the General Manager of Vehicle Integration at WiTricity Corporation which is the pioneer in wireless charging for electric vehicles, leading the development and implementation of magnetic resonance technology across passenger and commercial vehicles. In his role at WiTricity, Raj leads the strategic direction and operational execution of vehicle integration initiatives and brings over 25 years of automotive experience in EV powertrain electronics, batteries and charging systems. Raj has held key positions at global Tier1s such as Hitachi, Yazaki, Valeo, and Marelli. Over the span of his career, he has managed product development, operations, built strategic partnerships, developed and launched OEM production programs. Raj has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana.
