Biography

Phillip is a Project Manager within the Transportation Technology Group. He is involved in various connected vehicle projects and our evaluations of LiDAR technology for use within connected vehicle applications. Prior to joining UDOT, Phillip worked for more than 8 years managing and designing many traffic signal, roadway and ITS projects in the private sector. Phillip has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Utah State University.
