Biography

Alia is currently responsible for the Driveline & Electrification segment within Continental Automotive Systems. She has a broad background, leading Electrification projects for a wide variety of customers, successfully delivering engineering services and products covering the full product lifecycle for both Automotive and non-Automotive applications. Her experience has been primarily based within the North American and European regions. Alia has a postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, a background in fiber composites and has been working in the automotive electronics industry for the past 8 years. She has had a focus on Electric Road Systems since she began her current role in the first half of 2022 as a result of the ongoing pantograph development activities within Continental.
