Mike Rowand is Director, Technology Development for Duke Energy. With over 30 years' experience with Duke, he is responsible for technology evaluation and development, with a focus on Electric Transportation, and related Distributed Energy Resources, including energy storage, demand-side management, distributed generation, and other end-use energy systems and devices. He has held leadership positions in multiple industry groups that influence Electric Transportation and DER technology and market development.
