John E. Haddock is a professor of Civil Engineering at Purdue University and serves at the director of the Indiana Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP). He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Purdue University, a Ph.D. from Auburn University, and is a registered professional engineer in Indiana. Prior to joining the Purdue faculty, he worked both in private industry and for a state department of transportation. Over the nearly 30 years of his career he has been responsible for the production of asphalt mixture designs, forensic pavement investigations, and pavement design and analysis.
