Biography

Ziqi Song joined the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Utah State University (USU) as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in 2015. He is the Director of the Transportation Infrastructure Management and Engineering laboratory (TIMELab) at USU and the faculty advisor of USU Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) student chapter. His research interests include transportation network modeling, transportation system electrification, highway maintenance and asset management, and traffic operations. He received the B.E. degree in Transportation Engineering from Southeast University, China, and the M.Phil. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, and the Ph.D. degree in Civil and Coastal Engineering from University of Florida in 2011.
