Biography

Pam Fisher is responsible for assessing INDOT's role in economic development opportunities that will further advance the state’s economy. She serves as agency liaison with businesses, site consultants, and state and local economic development officials. Sh partners with industry and universities to advance incorporation of transformational and disruptive transportation technology in state infrastructure projects. Prior to that, she was the Director of Intragovernmental & Regulatory Affairs at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
