Biography

Richard van den Dool is the CEO of IPT Technology, Europe's first producer with more than 25 years of experience in wireless power transfer and induction charging solutions. Before IPT, Van den Dool has been in senior leadership positions at Datwyler, Manuli Fluiconnecto, Cascade Corporation, Markem-Imaje Corporation, and numerous scale-ups. His experience spans industrial business transformation, growth and internationalization. His strength is creating a technology-driven organization that radiates commercial momentum to customers and employees, from sustainable technical concepts to commercial solutions. Van den Dool earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in International Management & Business and MBA at the University of Plymouth in the UK.
